Taylor S. has extensive experience in maintenance and operations management, having served in various roles primarily at Nestlé Purina North America from January 2020 to December 2020. As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, Taylor contributed to a divisional maintenance team, enhancing strategies that supported 21 petcare facilities across the United States, notably developing a component-based maintenance strategy that significantly increased production capacity. In the Engineering Management Development Program, Taylor led the design, installation, and commissioning of a $1.3 million dye system. As a Maintenance Manager, Taylor managed a large team of 52 maintenance technicians and 10 salaried associates within a budget of $15.75 million at a 94-year-old factory. Additionally, Taylor played a critical role as an Operational Start-up Leader, overseeing the construction and initiation of a new brownfield wet pet food manufacturing facility. Currently, Taylor serves as a Manager of Operations Transformation at PwC, starting in January 2024.
