Ted Osborn

Ted Osborn is a board director with extensive experience in Hong Kong property development and investment, cross-border debt restructuring, and fraud investigations. With over 30 years in Hong Kong and China, Ted has acted as a senior advisor at PwC and served on the main board of the Chinachem Group since 2012, significantly contributing to its operations as a member of the Audit and Investment sub-committees. Previously, Ted was a partner at PwC, specializing in debtor and creditor advisory roles, while also managing significant fraud investigations and acting as a receiver for various companies. Ted began their career in corporate lending at Bank of America before transitioning to PwC’s US firm, focusing on workouts and Chapter 11 advisory. Ted is currently pursuing an MBA in Accounting and Finance at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
