Tim Bodner is a Partner in PwC’s Real Estate Practice, where they lead the Global Real Estate Deals business and coordinate activities across the PwC Network. In their previous roles, they led PwC's US Real Estate Deals business and advised clients on transactions totaling over $300 billion in deal value. Tim has contributed to industry organizations such as the Real Estate Roundtable and the Urban Land Institute, and has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Real Estate Consultants and Leaders by The Consulting Report for 2023 and 2024. Tim is an alumnus of Creighton University, holding both undergraduate and graduate degrees, and currently resides in Washington DC with their spouse and three children.
