Currently, Toby leads the global Databricks strategy and the UK firm’s data and analytics technology direction, driving innovation and firmwide adoption of Databricks. With decades of experience in enterprise, solution, and technical architecture, Toby has been instrumental in establishing a Community of Practice and delivering scalable solutions. Toby holds a BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Salford, where they graduated with honors.
