Tom Ayerst

Tom Ayerst is a Partner at PwC, where they lead the regional Deals business and the Transaction Services practice. With over 17 years of experience in transactions, Tom has provided support for approximately 30 to 40 deals annually across various sectors, assisting top businesses, private equity houses, and the public sector. Prior to their current role, Tom served as a Director in Transaction Services from 2007 to 2015, following a decade in PwC’s London office. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Exeter School, graduating in 1991. In 2019, Tom became the Office Senior Partner for the West region.
