Tom Cools is a partner in PwC France and the Maghreb region, specializing in advisory services with over 20 years of experience in transforming operational models for corporate, banking, and private equity clients globally. Based in Casablanca, Morocco, Tom coordinates the Finance & Transformation Platform and manages the PwC Business Services and Technology Acceleration Center. Previous roles include Director of Financial Process Improvement at PwC Paris and Manager at PwC New York, and Tom has developed expertise in finance optimization, shared services implementation, and post-merger integration support. Tom holds a degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
