Tom Gladstone

Tom Gladstone is a dynamic and self-motivated technology strategist at PwC’s Innovation & Technology team, where they focus on digital transformation and innovation to help clients build scalable systems. With over eight years of experience in professional services and the defence sector, Tom previously served as a Commissioned Officer in the British Army, receiving extensive leadership training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. They have held various leadership roles, including Team Commander and Project Manager, and have developed strong skills in managing diverse teams and complex projects. Tom is also a co-founder of Common Wines, a natural wine tasting supper club, and has interests in Urbanism and the Space sector.
