Tom O’Brien

Tom O. currently serves as the CISO-in-Residence for a confidential venture capital firm specializing in retail and manufacturing since April 2024. With extensive experience dating back to 2016, Tom O. has held various roles as a Board Member and Non-Executive Director for multiple organizations, alongside serving as a Fellow and Guest Lecturer in Cyber Security across the UK, EU, and US. As a self-employed professional since 2014, Tom O. also works as a Fractional CISO and has authored works on Cyber Security and Cyber Crime. Previously, Tom O. was the IT Director at a confidential company from January 2012 to January 2018.
