Victor Gregolin

Victor Gregolin is a seasoned professional in international tax, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. They began their career as a trainee at Procuradoria Geral da Fazenda Nacional and Machado Meyer Advogados, before progressing to a Tax Associate role at Pinheiro Neto Advogados from 2015 to 2023, where they provided advisory services on international tax aspects of M&A and restructurings. Currently, Victor holds the position of Associate in International Tax at PwC and has also advanced to Manager of International Tax - M&A. They earned a Bachelor of Laws from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a specialization in Taxation from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University.
