Viorel (Vio) Munteanu is a results-driven executive with 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, having served as the Vice President of Thermal SAGD and Conventional Heavy Oil Subsurface Development and Operations. They previously worked as the Director of Asset Management at Husky Energy, leading optimization initiatives that significantly enhanced production and profitability. Vio holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oil and Gas in Romania and is currently a Senior Adviser in Energy Infrastructure at PwC, providing technical expertise for investment projects in the sector.
