Will Solper

Will Solper is a dynamic and results-driven organizational development leader, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Transformation at PwC. With extensive experience in driving large-scale change and talent transformation initiatives, Will has successfully led enterprise-wide programs at organizations such as Grocery Outlet and 99 Cents Only Stores. They began their career at Mission Foods as a Learning and Development Specialist before holding various leadership roles at Unified Grocers and Lisi Aerospace. Will also founded Sporos, providing consulting services to diverse companies, and is pursuing an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of New Haven.
