William Barrie

William Barrie is a Director at PwC, having joined the firm in September 2008. Since March 2014, William has focused on performing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services within the Scottish Transaction Services practice, catering to a diverse range of clients, including corporates and private equity houses, across various sectors such as Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT), Oil and Gas, and Retail Consumer. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager and Manager in Transaction Services and Assurance, where William developed strong interpersonal and analytical skills while managing audit teams for a variety of clients. In addition, William served as a Mentor at Entrepreneurial Spark Powered by NatWest, advising start-up businesses on financial matters. William holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons, 1st Class in Accounting and Finance from the University of Strathclyde and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
