William Byrd

William Byrd is currently a Partner in M&A Tax at PwC, a position they have held since 2022. They previously served in various roles at PwC from 2010 to 2011, including Tax Associate, M&A Manager focusing on partnerships, WNTS Manager, Senior Associate, and Director of M&A Tax. William earned a Master’s in Taxation and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on Economics and Accounting from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, completing their undergraduate studies in 2009.
