William Levine

William Levine, CPA, currently serves as a Deals Senior Manager in the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) group at PwC, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, William gained valuable experience at Citi from 2017 to 2018, where they were responsible for SEC reporting and various accounting disclosures. They also worked as a Deals Senior Associate at PwC from 2019 to 2021, focusing on complex financial reporting related to high-profile transactions. Earlier in their career, William interned as a Staff Internal Auditor at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, conducting Sarbanes-Oxley compliance audits. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University, earned in 2015.
