Yang Yang

Yang Yang has a robust background in modeling and environmental science, highlighted by a tenure as Senior Manager in Climate Risk Modeling at PwC beginning in August 2022. Prior experience includes roles at RMS as a Principal Modeler and Senior Modeler from 2015 to 2019, and experience at the USDA Forest Service and The Davey Institute as a Modeler from 2013 to 2015. Yang also served as a Research Assistant at the US Forest Service from 2008 to 2013. Academic achievements feature advanced degrees, including a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the State University of New York College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry, a Master's degree in Physics from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University. Further studies were conducted at the Max-Planck Institute of Quantum Optics in Germany.
