Ying Guo

Ying Guo is currently a Senior Manager in Transfer Pricing at eBay, a position held since 2018. They previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a Transfer Pricing Manager in 2016 and as a Tax Associate from 2010 to 2012. Prior to their time at PwC, they served as a Senior Staff Accountant at Petrinovich Pugh & Company, LLP from 2007 to 2010. Ying holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy from San José State University, a Master’s in Physics from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics/Economics from Peking University.
