Yuning Desai

Yuning Desai, CPA, is currently a Director in the Deals division at PwC, having advanced through various roles including Senior Manager and Manager in M&A Financial Due Diligence. Previously, Yuning held positions as an Assurance Senior Associate and Assurance Associate at PwC, and gained experience as a Senior Associate in Transaction Services. Yuning also worked as a Sales Associate at The Limited and served as a Teaching Assistant at the McCombs School of Business. Yuning earned a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and completed studies in Business/Commerce at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
