Martiena Klomp

Martiena Klomp is a seasoned project manager and process specialist with over a decade of experience in pension administration and process optimization. They worked at Generali Nederland from 2008 to 2018 as a Commercial Staff Member, where they focused on defined benefits, customer contact, and data conversion. From 2018 to 2023, Martiena continued their expertise at elipsLife as a Process Specialist and Contract Manager, engaging in process analysis and IT support. They briefly served as a Project Manager at Klap verzekeringsmakelaar in 2023 and currently advise on quality and improvements at PWN. Martiena holds multiple certifications, including WFT Pension and Lean Practitioner, and is motivated to further expand their knowledge in areas such as Lean Greenbelt and Agile methodologies.
