Jia Smith possesses extensive experience in payroll consulting and analysis, currently serving as a Senior Payroll Consultant at PayTech since 2022 and as a Payroll Business Analyst at PWNA since January 2019. Smith's career in payroll began at ADP, where a solid foundation in payroll operations was established from June 2010 to May 2018.
