PWRx Performance provides quality online or in-person strength and conditioning programs to high schools and sport teams. We do this through comprehensive assessments and testing which we use to develop your individualized program. No two teams are the same and neither should be your programming.

All programming is delivered through an app where athletes can track progress, view demo videos, upload videos for form feedback and communicate with us for program help. We stay in constant contact with coaches to ensure programs are relevant to the athlete’s needs.

We hope to provide a service that can not only improve athletic ability, but serve athletes for life as they take their weight room skills with them beyond sports.

We also provide continuing education for sport coaches through our online course and constantly work to put out free content to benefit athletes and coaches. Beyond programming, our services also include consulting, team skills testing and team camps.
