Founded by Eileen Filliben Edmunds, JD, MBA, to enhance patient experiences, PX Empower seeks to motivate and equip patients to take control of their healthcare journey and inspire providers and students to be the best version of healers they can be. Dealing with high impact chronic pain, severe migraines, breast cancer twice, depression, PTSD, and other serious health issues, Eileen experienced first hand the too-often wide gaps in the attention and care given to patients. While many providers are dedicated and well meaning, insurance constraints, time pressures, and financial demands have  stretched them way too thin. Both patients and healthcare professionals suffer as a result.

With years of experience and a deep commitment to improving patient experiences, Eileen is a sought-after speaker and advocate.
