Gary Pearson has extensive experience in the energy and renewables sector, currently serving as Site Director at px Group since March 2009. Previous roles at px Group include Operations & Maintenance Support Team Manager and Engineering/Project/Commissioning Manager. Prior to that, Gary worked at px limited from February 2002 to March 2009 as Operations Manager and Lead Electrical Control & Instrumentation Engineer at the Teesside Gas Processing Plant and Teesside Power Station, respectively. Gary's career in electrical control and instrumentation began at Enron Power Operations Ltd from 1991 to 2002, where positions ranged from Operations Technician to Assistant Electrical Control & Instrumentation Engineer. Early experience includes roles at ICI Wilton Power Station and ICI Chemical & Polymers Ltd. Gary holds degrees in Management Studies and Technology from The Open University and an HNC in Electrical from Teesside University.
