PX Resources is a specialist recruitment and advisory firm dedicated to the governance, risk, compliance, and internal audit professions.

Founded by David Bakes, PX Resources was built on the belief that great recruitment in GRC requires more than matching skills — it requires context, market insight, and trusted relationships.

With the addition of Malka Bakes, who brings over 20 years of hands-on GRC and resilience experience, we combine recruitment strength with practitioner depth, offering a unique dual advantage.

We partner with organisations to deliver tailored, insight-led and solutions-driven talent at all levels, from Analysts to Chief Risk & Compliance Officers, across Australia’s most regulated sectors and we provide the consulting expertise to support organisations with building sustainable capacity and capability.
