Senior Director Customer Success at PX

Pim Boonstra has a diverse work experience with a focus on customer success and campaign management.

In 2018, Pim joined Structured Social LLC as a Facebook Media Buyer, where they were responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on the Facebook platform.

Later in the same year, Pim co-founded BlockOn and served as a Co-Founder.

Pim also worked at PX, starting as a Campaign Specialist in August 2018. They were responsible for executing and monitoring advertising campaigns. Pim then progressed to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager in August 2020. In this position, they provided support and guidance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with the company's products and services. Pim's most recent role at PX is Director of Customer Success, a position they assumed in January 2022. In this role, they oversee the customer success team and work towards optimizing the company's platform for advertisers.

Pim Boonstra completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Business Administration from Tilburg University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. In 2015, they participated in an exchange program at the University of Washington, focusing on Economics. In 2016, Pim pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, in 2017, they took a MOOC Introduction to Digital Currencies at the University of Nicosia, with a specific focus on Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain.
