Mark Naughton

Mark Naughton is a lead business analyst and neurodiversity advocate with a rich background in business analysis and engineering. They began their career at KCOM Group PLC as a senior engineer and team leader, managing a team of customer service engineers from 1998 to 2008. Mark then advanced to TalkTalk Group, where they served as a senior business analyst for over a decade, analyzing business requests and facilitating stakeholder workshops. Currently, Mark is the lead business analyst at PXC, focusing on driving business solutions. They hold a B.Eng in Electronic Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University.
