Michael Coward

Michael Coward is a programmer and business analyst who has worked for a number of companies, including Owens Corning, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and ESI Canada. Michael is currently employed in an unknown role at Project X.

Coward began their career as a programmer with Blue Cross Blue Shield in 1990. Michael left the company in 1992 to pursue other opportunities. In 1994, they began working as a programmer analyst for Owens Corning Canada. Michael remained with the company for two years before moving on to other ventures.

In 2006, Coward began working as a business process analyst for ESI Canada. Michael remained with the company for three years before taking a position as a business analyst with the Community Economic Development and Employability Committee in 2005. Michael held this position for one year before returning to Owens Corning in 1997.

At Owens Corning, Coward was responsible for designing and developing a low-cost information system that was key to driving productivity and profitability. Once implemented, the system increased operator engagement and improved morale while also increasing throughput by over 25%. Additionally, gross margins increased from high single digits to above 40%. As a result of the company's turnaround, Owens Corning subsequently invested $40 million in a second manufacturing location.

Michael Coward received a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo with a specialization in Honours Computer Science (Co-op). Michael also holds a certification from Microsoft Corporation as a Microsoft Certified Professional.
