Olivier Riboux

VP, Customer Success at Project X

Olivier Riboux is currently the VP of Customer Success at Project X. Olivier has over seven years of experience as a project manager, delivering 15+ projects related to billing, ordering, and customer experience across multiple BI platforms, including EDW Teradata, Oracle, IBM MDM/CMF, and MicroStrategy. Olivier has been recognized by their clients for their ability to quickly and thoroughly implement programs on-time and on budget without any post production issues.

Before joining Project X, Olivier worked at Bell Canada for over seven years as a project manager. Olivier was responsible for program documentation, status updates, feedback, performance reporting, and risk mitigation strategy for multiple projects concurrently. Olivier also led a team of 7-20 people and managed budgets of $100K-$2M per project. Some of their key accomplishments include enabling multi-million dollar cost savings through lost revenue prevention and support of marketing strategy, as well as agent compensation data capture.

Olivier Riboux attended the Ecole Française de Bangkok before studying Industrial Engineering with an IT option at the University of Toronto. Olivier then completed a Master Certificate in Business Analysis from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
