Stephen Withers

Stephen Withers is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at PXP, Publicis Groupe's integrated production hub, focusing on production roles. Previously, Stephen held the position of Associate Director of Recruiting at the same company and was the Head of Talent Acquisition for the United States at Technicolor Creative Studios, where over 400 creative and tech professionals were hired under his leadership. Stephen's extensive background includes roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager, Temp Recruiter, Career Adviser, and Project Manager at Withers Digital, LLC. Stephen also has a strong foundation in visual effects and digital design, having worked as a Freelance Visual Effects Artist and held various internships, including a role as a Graphic Design Intern at the Federal Judicial Center. Stephen holds a Master of Fine Arts in Visual Effects and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Effects from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
