Belen Povedano is the Chief People Officer at PXSOL, where they lead talent and cultural strategies to foster a strong remote work culture and expand into new markets. With over four years at PXSOL, Belen focuses on integrating diverse teams and exceptional talent to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Previously, Belen served as a professor at Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, teaching courses in business management and leadership, and holds extensive experience as an instructor and coach in organizational behavior and human resources. Belen earned a degree in Psychology from Universidad del Aconcagua and completed advanced programs in strategic talent and leadership.
