Jim McNally

Jim McNally has worked in the technology industry since 2004. Jim started their career at JDSU as the Director of Product Service, where they grew a global product service organization with offices distributed across the Americas, Europe, and Asia generating $20M in annual revenue. Jim then moved to AeroScout--Now part of Stanley Healthcare--where they were the Associate VP of Implementations and Director Of Services. In their roles, they built a global organization of implementation teams to integrate software, hardware and services, and organically grew a services organization that included Field Implementations, Training, and Consulting, supporting a P&L of $18M in annual revenue. Jim then went on to Stanley Healthcare as the Director Customer Experience, where they launched a strategic, company-wide initiative to begin a Customer Experience program, and the Director of Managed Services, where they developed and commercialized new Managed Services offerings resulting in $2.8M of incremental revenue in the first year. Jim then started their own consulting business, James McNally Consulting, in 2020. Currently, they are the Director of Service and Delivery at Pycube, Inc., where they are focused on building out their product portfolio of RFID technologies combined with their own software and services that are designed to integrate well with established hospital systems.

Jim McNally attended Hood College from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business.
