Berit Syltebo

Flight Operations Support Engineer

Berit Syltebo is an accomplished aerospace engineering professional with a Master's degree from the University of Washington, expected in 2024, and a Bachelor's degree obtained in 2022 from the same institution. Experience includes roles as an Engineering Academic Center Tutor at the University of Washington College of Engineering, Aerospace Engineering Intern at Baxter Aerospace and Longshot Space Technologies Corporation, and various teaching assistant and grading positions within the William E. Boeing Department of Aeronautics & Astronautics. Additionally, Berit is currently serving as a Flight Operations Support Engineer at Pyka and is involved as a Graduate Research Student at the University of Washington RAIN Lab, focusing on direct space launch ascent trajectory solutions. Prior research work included contributions to the Supersonic Retropropulsion team at Williams Lab.
