Thomas Semow has held various roles in the marketing and creative fields since 2015. In 2015, they were a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Santa Barbara Guitar Bar, where they managed the eCommerce platform and produced original product descriptions and reviews. In 2016, they were a Marketing Intern and Content Manager at Hofmann Architecture, where they assisted in crafting the company's content marketing strategy and managing web development projects. In 2017, they became the Marketing Manager at Living Vehicle Inc., where they worked with the founders to execute a comprehensive go to market strategy. In 2019, they were a Creative Content Consultant at TOMSMW Marketing, where they provided creative direction, content marketing, brand design, email marketing, and copywriting for clients. Later that year, they became the Digital Brand Manager at Ferno Grills, LLC, where they were responsible for product marketing, content marketing and copywriting, paid media, email marketing, eCommerce and web design, and social media. In 2020, they were the Digital Marketing Manager at SunSpec Alliance, where they led a broad scope of marketing initiatives. Finally, in 2022, they became Creative Director at Pyka, where they are defining the future of fast, environmentally friendly, and accessible electric aviation with commercially certified electric autonomous airplanes for agricultural spray and cargo transport.

Thomas Semow graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy and Religious Studies Double Major. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Secure Communication Networking for Distributed Energy Resources from the SunSpec Alliance.
