Simon Plant

Simon Plant is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Pyper Vision since June 2025, Simon previously held the same title at Paloma from July 2021 to June 2025, and at Fingermark for a brief period in early 2021. Prior to these roles, Simon was the Director of Engineering at Sailthru between September 2016 and January 2021, and served as Tribe Engineering Lead/Technical Manager at Skyscanner, where significant contributions were made to a globally recognized travel meta search engine. Earlier in the career, Simon held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at Hymans Robertson, a Web Developer at KM Media Group, and a Software Developer at RCS. Educationally, Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
