Jay Miller has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Construction Manager at Pyramid Builders since April 2005. In addition to this role, Jay Miller has been a Builder with the United States Navy Seabees NMCB 27 since September 2010. Jay Miller holds a degree from Gannon University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
