Mathieu Joli

Mathieu Joli has extensive work experience in various managerial roles.

From 2023 onwards, they are working as the Managing Director at Pyroguard.

Prior to this, from 2018 to 2023, Mathieu served as the Managing Director at Fives Landis. During their time at Fives Landis, they played a key role in transitioning the business from legacy product/sector to new sustainable market places. Mathieu implemented various operational excellence programs, including master planning processes, right first-time initiatives, and root cause analysis.

Before Fives Landis, Mathieu worked at Aircelle from 2002 to 2018. Mathieu held several positions at Aircelle, including Quality Director, Aircelle Performance Improvement Director, Suppliers Development Manager, Composites Operations Manager, A318 Assy Line Manager, and A380 Assembly Line Manufacturing Engineering Manager. In these roles, they managed teams, implemented continuous improvement activities, reduced operating assets, and optimized assembly lines using Lean Manufacturing and Lean Sigma principles.

Mathieu Joli obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) between 1998 and 2001. Mathieu pursued further education and completed an Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School. In 2011, Mathieu obtained a Lean 6-Sigma Black Belt certification from Safran. Mathieu then went on to achieve a Lean 6-Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Safran in 2014, specializing in lean, six sigma, and change management. In 2012, Mathieu completed a BASIC of supply chain management course from APICS.
