Tom Howard has extensive experience in various management and engineering roles within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Division Manager for Refractory Systems at Pyrotek since January 2007, Tom has held leadership positions such as Chief Engineer at Crucible Materials Corporation and St. Lawrence Market Manager at Agway Energy/Surburban Energy. Tom's career at Alcoa spanned over a decade, where titles included Quality Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and General Manager. Additional experience includes consultancy at The TruNorth Group focusing on Lean Manufacturing and Quality Management. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Mechanical Technology from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville.
