Melanie Barton

Melanie Barton has a work experience spanning over multiple companies. Melanie worked at Pythian from 2017, starting as a Human Resource Coordinator before being promoted to Human Resources Specialist. In 2022, they became a Team Lead, People Operations. Before joining Pythian, Melanie worked at Hudson's Bay Company for twelve years, starting as a Sales Manager in 2005. Prior to that, they were a Store Manager at Scholar's Choice from 2001 to 2005.

Melanie Barton obtained a Management Certificate in Human Resources from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a BA in Psychology at Carleton University in 2003.
