Taylor Whiteman

Taylor Whiteman, CHRP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people and culture management. Taylor's career includes a position as Human Resources Coordinator at Leonardo DRS from April 2017 to November 2022 and as a Senior People and Culture Specialist at Pythian in April 2025. Prior roles at Starbucks included Shift Supervisor, Safety and Security Specialist, and Barista Trainer from May 2013 to June 2017, where Taylor oversaw team performance, ensured safety standards, and provided training. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
