Thiago Lobo

Thiago Lobo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Thiago began their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at Laboratório de Processamento de Sinais - UFRJ in 2013. After that, they worked as a Research Intern at Laboratório de Engenharia de Controle e Automação - UFRJ in 2016, where they developed an automatic embedded altitude control system for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.

In 2017, Thiago joined TOTVS as a Software Engineer Intern, where they developed mobile apps for digital transformation customers. Thiago also worked on native Android development and full-stack web development, along with creating an automated integration testing framework.

Later in 2017, Thiago moved to Giesecke+Devrient and started as a Customer Support Engineering Intern. Thiago then progressed to become a Customer Support Engineer, focusing on Consumer eSIM activation systems. Thiago played a key role in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and improving customer satisfaction. Thiago also contributed to enhancing internal technical documentation.

At Giesecke+Devrient, Thiago transitioned to a DevOps Engineer role in 2018, where they were part of an Agile squad implementing CI/CD pipelines. Thiago automated operational and support tasks, reported security flaws, and worked closely with R&D peers to improve software delivery.

In 2021, Thiago joined PagBank PagSeguro as a Senior Software Engineer. Thiago recently transitioned to Pythonic Corporation as a Software Engineer, starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Thiago has gained experience in software engineering, DevOps, customer support, and research. Thiago has showcased skills in automation, troubleshooting, and improving system performance.

Thiago Lobo completed their education in a chronological pattern. Thiago started their academic journey in 2012 and graduated in 2017 with a Magna Cum Laude Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

During their undergraduate studies, in 2014, Thiago also obtained a TOEFL iBT certification from ETS, which showcases their proficiency in the English language.

In 2015 and 2016, Thiago pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science for Data Mining from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

After completing their education, Thiago further enhanced their skills and knowledge by obtaining additional certifications. In May 2018, they obtained the ITIL Foundations v3 certification from PeopleCert, demonstrating their expertise in IT service management.
