Cindy Moehring

Cindy Moehring currently serves as an Independent Board Member at Church Mutual Insurance Company, where involvement includes the Risk Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee, and as an Independent Member of the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation's Board of Directors’ NGB Oversight & Compliance Committee. Additionally, Cindy holds the position of Independent Board Member at Pyxus International, Inc., chairs the ESGN Committee, and is the Founder & Executive Chair of the Business Integrity Leadership Initiative at the University of Arkansas ­- Sam M. Walton College of Business. Advisory roles include serving on the Board of Advisors for CommSafe AI and previously for Ethena. Cindy spent two decades at Walmart, culminating as Sr. Vice President, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, and has extensive legal experience from roles at Viasoft, Wells Fargo, and Meyer, Hendricks, Victor, Osborn & Maledon. Educational credentials include a JD from Georgetown Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
