Tracy G. Purvis

Ms. Purvis has served as Pyxus’ Executive Vice President, Business Services since February 2019 and oversees the Company’s Information Services, Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Development, Corporate Communications and E-commerce functions.

Ms. Purvis previously served as Senior Vice President, Business Services from September 2018 to February 2019, and prior thereto as the Company’s Vice President, Global Information Services (January 2011 to September 2018); Vice President, Chief Application Architect (April 2009 to December 2010); and Vice President, Chief Technology Officer (May 2005 to March 2009). In her prior roles, Ms. Purvis was responsible for leading the Company’s global information services and technology strategies, and played a key role in the technical development and evolution of the Company’s SENTRI℠ track-and-trace platform.

Ms. Purvis joined the Company in December 1990 and has a blended background in business and information services spanning more than 30 years.
