Joanne Appleton has extensive experience in the IT and process design sectors, currently serving as the Head of Process Design at PZ Cussons since August 2008, where previous roles included Head of Governance & PMO, Head of IT Shared Service Centre - Europe, Head of UK IT Shared Service Centre, IT Business Partner, and Project Manager/Business Analyst. Prior to this, Joanne held the position of Senior Marketing Systems Analyst at Littlewoods Shop Direct from December 2004 to January 2008. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham, completed between 1994 and 1997, and attended Cheadle Hulme High School from 1986 to 1994.
