We are a behavioral research, consulting and solutions firm, helping companies achieve business goals by deeply understanding and shaping human behavior.

At Q, we help organizations move from behavioral insights to action and achieve their strategic business goals through practical, data-driven yet innovative solutions, based on interdisciplinary research methods grounded in science.
We do this by uncovering blind spots, distilling behavioral insights, and translating them into decisions that create measurable change.

We are a team of multi-disciplinary experts from diverse backgrounds, including cognitive science, service design, product marketing, social psychology, experimental economics, sociology, anthropology, and business strategy.

Our team helps you drive outcomes across the full funnel:

Acquisition - Understand what truly motivates attention and choice, and turn relevance into action.

Activation - Remove cognitive and emotional barriers to create moments of clarity and meaningful engagement.

Retention - Identify why people disengage and build behavioral loops that sustain long-term use.

Referral - Reveal what drives advocacy and design conditions that turn users into active promoters.

Revenue - Shape pricing and growth decisions based on how people evaluate value and make trade-offs.

If you are dealing with a challenge that feels stuck, complex, or misdiagnosed, we would be happy to solve it together.
