Max Hendrichs is currently the Head of Department for R&D Cells Reliability at Qcells. Previously, Max held positions as Senior Staff Expert in R&D Advanced Cells and as Team Lead Process Engineering at Oxford PV Germany from 2018 to 2023. Max's earlier experience includes roles as a Project Leader and Perovskite Line Manager, along with a tenure as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin, focusing on metallisation and back-contact concepts for silicon heterojunction cell technology. Max earned a Ph.D. in Elektrotechnik from Technische Universität Berlin, having also completed a Master of Science in Regenerative Energiesysteme and a Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Umwelt und Nachhaltigkeit.
