Esteban Ginez

Esteban Ginez is a distinguished Principal Quantum Engineer at Q-CTRL since March 2023, previously serving as a Staff Quantum Engineer. Ginez's expertise includes advanced machine learning and NLP infrastructure developed during a tenure as Senior Staff Engineer at Lexion (April 2021 - March 2023). At Oracle (2017 - 2020), contributions were made to the GraalVM team, focusing on cloud computing optimizations and tools for infrastructure services. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at Zillow Group and Software Engineer at Amazon, where Ginez developed mobile applications and server-side big data applications. Ginez co-founded MobilitySector and held positions at SMART Technologies, where innovative products were developed, earning recognition as 2010 Rookie of the Year, Runner Up. Ginez holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Calgary and is pursuing a Master's in Quantum Computing at Delft University of Technology.
