Phil Morle

Phil Morle is a partner at Main Sequence, a leading venture capital firm co-founded by Australia’s national science agency, CSIRO, where they invest in deep tech founders closely connected to research. Currently, Phil serves as chair for several companies, including Nourish Ingredients, Eden Brew, and Samsara Eco, and holds director roles at Q-CTRL, ULUU, and Cauldron, among others. Before this, Phil founded Pollenizer, Australia’s first incubator and venture studio, where they contributed significantly to the startup ecosystem across the Asia Pacific. Throughout their career, Phil has worked with numerous organizations, providing guidance on growth strategies and cultural transformation.
