Stuart Szigeti is a theoretical physicist currently leading the modelling team within the Quantum Sensing Division at Q-CTRL. They have extensive experience in quantum optics and cold-atom sensing, with research focused on advancing quantum measurement and control. Stuart completed their Ph.D. at The Australian National University in February 2013 and held a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position at The University of Queensland from 2013 to 2017. They were awarded an Australian Research Council DECRA Fellowship for a project aimed at optimizing space-based atom interferometer design, and prior to this, Stuart was recognized with a University Medal for their undergraduate work at ANU.
