Alex Reimer

Alex Reimer is an accomplished sports and culture journalist with extensive experience in LGBTQ+ media and sports commentary. Currently serving as the Assistant Editor for Queerty at Q.Digital, Alex leads sports and fitness coverage, launched a sponsored sports channel, and manages content strategy. Parallelly, as an Editorial Contributor for Awful Announcing, Alex writes analysis on the sports media industry. Previous roles include Deputy Managing Editor at Vox Media's Outsports and Sports Digital Content Producer at Audacy, where Alex produced and edited content, conducted interviews, and hosted podcasts. Alex also held the position of Director of Communications for Senator Eric P. Lesser, developing media strategies, and hosted multiple shows while serving as a lead columnist at WEEI Sports Radio Network. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University.
