Jeff Knowles

Jeff Knowles has extensive work experience in various roles and positions in the manufacturing and quality control fields. Jeff served as the Vice President of Quality at Q Laboratories since November 2020, and prior to that, they were the Director of Analytical Chemistry from September 2019 to November 2020.

Before joining Q Laboratories, Jeff worked at Hydro Systems Company, where they held the role of Global Director of Manufacturing from March 2016 to May 2019. In this position, they led a global production team responsible for assembly, testing, and shipment of chemical dispensers and proportioners. Jeff also managed manufacturing locations in Cincinnati, Ohio, and London, UK.

Prior to their role as Global Director of Manufacturing, Jeff also held the positions of Manufacturing Manager and Night Shift Production Manager at Hydro Systems Company, where they successfully led production teams and implemented continuous improvement projects.

Jeff's earlier work experience includes roles at Avon Products Inc., where they worked from 2000 to 2011. Jeff served as a Return Center Supervisor, overseeing product reconditioning and managing a team of direct and temporary associates. Jeff also held the position of Processing Supervisor, responsible for maintaining internal controls and improving work processes. In addition, Jeff worked as a Quality Control Chemist and Senior Chemistry Technician at Avon Products Inc., where they conducted chemical analysis and developed testing procedures.

Overall, Jeff Knowles has a strong background in manufacturing, quality control, and leadership, with a focus on implementing improvement strategies and ensuring product quality and efficiency.

Jeff Knowles completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Miami University. Jeff then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from Xavier University. In addition to their formal education, they also undertook internal training from 2010 to 2019, focusing on Lean Principles.
