Akanksha is currently the Lead Operations Program Manager at Q2, having previously served as a Program Manager II at Amazon from 2020 to 2025, where they focused on enhancing customer experience through Pricing, Selection, and Rebate programs. Prior to their time at Amazon, Akanksha worked as an Analyst and Software Engineer at RBS, where they optimized systems for regulatory compliance and cost efficiency. They also held roles as a Tech Consultant at Zultanite Technologies and participated in a summer internship at Zensar Technologies. Akanksha earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
